Quality fresh air indoors
Love the fresh air that gets emitted from the top of the unit. It's a breathe of fresh air, quite literally.
Significant offgassing after 1.5 years with not great customer service
Worked well for just over a year then started offgassing pretty bad. Started smelling like burnt plastic, took the UV bulbs out, which did not help even after several days. Reached out to customer service and they were very short in their replies and not helpful at all. Basically said nothing they can do to help or reduce the smell. Was told John was the technical service representative responding and if so he was essentially useless and not reading the emails which I told him I took the bulbs out and he would say “the only thing I can think of is maybe taking the bulbs out” after I told him multiple times I’ve done that.
